David has been with Topping Solutions and working in the retail and food industry since 2010. His hobbies include spending time with his family; two young kids, playing soccer, tennis, hiking and traveling.

Julie has been part of the Topping Solutions team since 2010. Additionally, she brings along over 30 years of sales, marketing, purchasing and management experience. Her hobbies include equestrian activities, hiking, golfing, cooking and enjoying good music.

Rob has been with Topping Solutions since 2016. Originally from Manchester, England he now resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing/watching football (soccer), travelling and experiencing new sites, cultures and cuisines and creating memories with family and friends. He could not be in this role without being a lover of treats also.

Doug has over years experience in the food service industry in a variety of capacities including sales, purchasing, distribution, and manufacturing. In addition, he has over 10 years as a broker in the Canada market, specializing in bringing US products into Canada. His hobbies include golfing, curling, and life at the lake.

Phil loves helping customers gain success by helping them win every day. Phil joined the Topping Solutions Team in April 2021 after 30 years with Mondelez International and Frito-Lay Foodservice, where he held various sales and marketing roles. Phil is a father of 5 children and enjoys reading, traveling, and being outdoors, specifically on the greenway near his home. Phil is also committed to various volunteer efforts and has been part of the Meals on Wheels Program in Atlanta for over 5 years.

Olga recently joined the Topping Solutions team in 2022 & brings along experience in business operations. She spent her childhood overseas in Singapore but has called Oregon her home for the last 30 years. She enjoys spending much of her time at home with her family & 2 dogs. She also enjoys taking walks, Barre3, wine tasting & baking. Chocolate-y goodies are popular in her household.
